Signature Policy
If you order you are representing to us that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is also at least 21 years of age. An adult signature will be REQUIRED upon delivery. Title to all items you order passes to you as soon as it leaves our doors; it is up to you to know the relevant laws in your state.

Domestic State Restrictions
As of today we ship to certain states, but are expanding. We continue to apply for additional licenses in other states to broaden our shipping reach. How long will it take for my order to ship?
Wine orders typically ship via FedEx Ground within two to three days and will be delivered within two to 10 days, depending on your location. Some products are eligible for expedited shipping at checkout.

Can I track my order?
Yes, and we encourage you to do so by checking your order history and tracking information. Please remember that someone 21 or older must be available to sign for shipments containing wine.

How much does shipping cost?
Currently we charge normal shipping rates for orders containing fewer than six bottles of wine. At this time, however, we offer FREE SHIPPING on ORDERS OF 3 OR MORE BOTTLES (Mix &Match). Please note that shipping rates are typically shown at checkout.)

Can I expedite shipping?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer expedited shipping.

Do you ever have FREE SHIPPING promotion deals?
Yes, currently we offer Free Shipping on 3 or more bottles (Mix & March). Since we offer FREE SHIPPING promotions periodically, please sign up to our email list so you can catch it the next time it comes around

Must I ship my wines to my work?
We strongly recommend that you use a business address whenever possible when shipping wine, as someone 21 or older must be available to sign for the shipment. Our carriers cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Do you offer cold and warm weather shipping options for wine?
Yes, members may request an alternate shipping date for wines during checkout. (Please indicate it in the "Notes" portion)

Temperatures vary by state, so members have the option to choose a date that suits their comfort level and delivery requirements. If you are concerned about weather damage during extreme temperatures, we strongly encourage you to choose a shipping date in late October when ordering during the summer and late March when ordering during the winter. If you don't choose this feature, your wine will be shipped to you FedEx Ground (or other carrier) within two to three days. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for weather-damaged products.

Why can't certain wines ship to my state?
While we can ship to certain states, we are still in the process of obtaining licenses and permissions to ship in others, while certain other states prohibit direct shipping or wines.

Can I have an order shipped to a P.O. Box?
No, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Will I have to sign for my package?
Yes, someone 21 or older must be available to sign for shipments containing wine. This is why we encourage having your wines shipped to your place of work for verification.

Are shipments insured?
Yes, all our shipments are insured for up to $100. If your order is more than $100 and would like to have the remaining portion insured (at extra cost), please contact us at info@corkexclusive.com. If you receive a broken bottle or otherwise damaged order, please contact info@corkexclusive.com. Please take a photo of any broken or damaged products as this may be required for us to file a claim with the carrier.

What is the status of my order?
Wine orders will typically ship via FedEx Ground within two to three days of purchase and will take anywhere from two to 10 days to arrive depending on the product's origin and destination. Expedited shipping options are available for certain wines for an additional charge. The ability to request an alternate shipping date during checkout is available for certain products.

Why was my order rejected?
Federal and state regulations contain some restrictions on the states and counties to which we or our affiliates are able to ship wine. In the event that we are not able to process your order, we will explain the reasons why, and will work with you to determine a suitable solution. This may include using a different credit card or a second shipping address, with an adult 21 or older available to sign for the shipment.
