What do I do if my product is damaged?

We take extreme care to ensure that your product is packaged carefully and arrives undamaged. If you believe your shipment is damaged, please contact info@corkexclusive.com immediately so that we can determine an appropriate solution. We may request that you provide us with a photo of the damaged product or return the damaged product to us, in order to for us to determine how to avoid similar future issues.

What do I do if I don't like my products?

Our goal is to provide you with as much information as possible to help you make the perfect selection that you will enjoy. Everyone's tastes are different and we cannot guarantee that you will love the product as much as we do. How long does it take to process a refund?

Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for a refund to clear your account. Refunds requested 30 days following a purchase date may not be possible. In this case, info@corkexclusive.com. credits may be issued instead.
